This home had a pipe leaking in the ceiling that was draining down into the home and under the floors. Our crew had to competently demo the crawl space, attic, and kitchen while also setting up drying equipment throughout the home.

This was another condominium complex we were called to for emergency service. A plumbing connection on the water heater gave way causing damage to 3 units. We removed all the floors and about 1 foot of the walls on the top unit while removing all the walls, ceiling, and floors in the bottom unit. Another unit to the side had minimal damage to a small space of on of the rooms.

This shoe store is located on the bottom floor just under the food court of a local shopping mall. When one of the companies in the food court had a pipe leak it drained down and affected this store.
