Entire House Flood from Toilet Line Break

This was approximately a 1,300 square foot home completely saturated in sewer water. The homeowners were on vacation and the toilet water had ran over for as long as seven days before it was detected. Due to the category of the water, a full mitigation and demo was completely necessary. SERVPRO of W. Vancouver/Clark Co. spared no time in beginning the demo and dry out process. Measures were taken to complete drying of the whole structure in two days. Once meters read the appropriate levels of air quality, temperature and humidity, the restoration/re-build began. Clients and insurance carrier were extremely pleased.
